The Government in the first place had zero tolerance with facts. They hid facts from the people, and what is so curious is that why most of the people still have faith in them? Those who are brain-washed, not politic-educated are easily being “towed” away by the “you know who”.
That is why, as what you guys said, the Government is mis-using the media to hide facts from the younger generations. Some people might be confused in the conflict where they do not know which to trust, the local media or independent news from the blogsphere. The political system in this country is corrupting, Ministers do not think twice before they voice their comments, and more often, they think they can control the facts. Indirectly, they are instilling shame on the country and the people. How would foreign countries see us as? Ignorant maniacs?
Democracy, Malaysian Style. A very nice 3 bombastic words to describe Malaysia’s Democracy, bravo! 50 years of Independence and yet the politicians cannot solve things mature and effectively. For example, the most simple way to get 2 is to add up 1 and 1. However the Government prefer the Further Mathematics way, 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-1, something like the Born-Haber Cycle. Shameful it is to compare the Government to a little kid.
Aiyo, I am just 18 years old and still cannot vote, so, just sit and watch lo. No matter whether BN or the Opposition, they should act maturely to matters. The recent parliament debate is really disgusting, parliament is the core of our country, what unfortunate is, I don’t think now even parents would allow their kids to watch the debate. Even parliament debates also need to be censored, what a shame to the country. I suggest they should have age-grading for it? :respect: I salute.
Yawn… I want a peaceful life to live with my wife and family in the future. I want to pay lower taxes. I want to see a better political system. I want to see freedom of speech. I want to see freedom in the media. I want to see facts. I want to… :hmm:
